orSlow's French Work Pants in Blue come in a beautiful vibrant blue that can make for an excellent accent pair of chinos in any outfit. These pants have a generous top block, and with the elastic waistband, are almost considered an oversized fit for the seat area of the pants. Accordingly, these pants fit the best if you can and prefer a high rise pair that sits up towards your navel, allowing much of the seat to be filled. If these sit lower on your waist, it may give you a frumpy look (see the last model photo where the model is wearing it a bit lower on the waist).
Note: Generally runs closer to TTS than other orSlow products, so it's possible you may take a different size than some of your other orSlow garments. In relation to the orSlow Slim and Regular Fit Fatigue Pants, if your size in those fit snug and well, we recommend taking the same size in these French Work Pants. If your fatigue pants are on the more relaxed end (i.e. you use both waist cinch tabs to secure the waist), then you may want to take a size down in these French Work Pants. The waist measurements provided are for the waist straightened out so that the front and back rises are even (lower number) but not pulled, and the waist pulled using the elastic waistband (the higher number).
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs wearing Size 2 | M, which is also his typical American brand size. The fit is comfortable in the waist, albeit slightly loose and may be a better fit only with a belt. Model can go with either Size 1 or Size 2 depending on the mood, purpose, etc, but the Size 1 fits better in the waist for the model.
