The orSlow Wide Fit French Work Pants offer a modern take on this 20th century utilitarian work pant. This version offers a higher rise and wider fit through the legs, which we love with a nice cuff or a slightly chopped him to show your ankles. This black pair features the same elastic waist band found on their standard French Work Pants, and will pair nicely with a fitted knit up top for some contrast volume. The fabric on the Wide Fit French Work Pants is thicker/heavier, and a bit more structured, than the fabric on the standard French Work Pants.
Note: These have a roomy fit and with its elastic waist band, means you can typically go between a couple sizes. If you are on the smaller end of your size (slim waist), you can size down from your typical American brand size. If you are on the larger end of your size, or prefer a more relaxed fit, you can take your typical American brand size. For example, if you typically wear Medium in American brands, you can go one size down to 1 | S for likely a slim and snug, but comfortable fit on the waist. The waist measurements provided are for the waist straightened out so that the front and back rises are even (lower number) but not pulled, and the waist pulled using the elastic waistband (the higher number).
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs wearing Size 2 | M, which is also his typical American brand size. The fit is comfortable in the waist, albeit slightly loose; the fit through the legs is wide and spacious. Model prefers going down to size 1 | S in this Wide Fit French Work Pants for a more snug fit on the waist, and given the elastic waist, won't feel too snug as it will expand if there's a need.
