Dr. Sole for Withered Fig Game Changer Boots in Black Nubuck, part of our exclusive Withered Fig 5 Year Anniversary Collection. These boots feature a velvety black top-grade nubuck leather that will age well over time. The Game Changer Boot is inspired from 1920s sports boots with a lace-to-toe design that you might come across in vintage-styled athletic posters of years past. As part of this special collaboration, Dr. Sole has included their 10th Year Anniversary Bandana with every pair.
These feature a Goodyear welt construction and uses their heavy duty Dr. Sole Supergrip sole and heel in a beautiful Jade Green (edge dyed black, so the green is only visible from below).
Made under Dr. Sole's in-house Pioneer brand, these Game Changer Boots were featured as part of Dr. Sole's 10 Year Anniversary, and now are part of our 5 Year Anniversary Collection in this exclusive make-up. These limited run of boots are slowly bench-made by artisan in their worship in Taipei, Taiwan.
Sizing: The Pioneer Last is considered a D-width and Dr. Sole generally recommends taking 1/2 size up from your Red Wing size. Based on our experience, we recommend taking 1/2 down from your Brannock size, or 1/2 up from your typical Viberg 2030 / 1035 Service Boot size. If you have E-width or higher feet, you may want to pass on these.
