The Flat Head's Block Check Flannel Western Shirt in a classic but slightly less vintage Red and Light Black colorway. The reds are a bit more soft than your typical Buffalo Check, making this a nice subtle yet modern take on the traditional flannel. These are especially delectable for the herringbone pattern throughout the fabric. These are made of 100% cotton and woven on vintage shuttle looms that produce slight irregularities in the texture (slub-like). While these aren't super heavy flannels (9.2oz medium weight), they will certainly still serve you well in the winter with some warm layers underneath. The block check fabric is selvedge finished and sewn together at the seams with a double-needle chainstitch.
Note: Generally runs small, recommend sizing up at least one or two sizes from your typical American brand tops size. These are pre-rinsed, so expect no further shrinkage. On high heat and extensive machine dry, you may experience additional shrinkage.
Mode: 6'0" and 175 lbs (currently closer to 165 lbs) wearing size 42 | XL for a slightly more relaxed fit with a roomier chest and additional length. Model can also wear size 40 | L, but the shirt is quite slim for a flannel, and the length is also short. Model prefers the size 42 | XL for a more comfortable fitting flannel and the additional length.
