The latest colorway in our series of Dehen for Withered Fig exclusive, Shawl Sweater Coat 2.0 (Modified), now in a burnt orange / orange-brown Whiskey color. These are known in Withered Fig circles as having some true Mr. Roger's vibes, so buyer beware. What's modified you may ask? We've taken their regular Shawl Sweater Coat 2.0 and revised it slightly with internal elbow patches instead of the exterior waxed canvas patch, and kept the same angled patch pockets from the regular 2.0 for a streamlined aesthetic. Otherwise, all the same details apply for this extra heavy duty worsted wool sweater/coat, that will keep you from freezing your top off this winter.
Please note that the sweater may appear more dull in color (less vibrant) in shade or indirect lighting. Comparing Whiskey vs Goldmine, the Whiskey colorway is more of a burnt-orange or brownish-orange color; whereas the Goldmine is more yellowish-tan, gold with olive-green undertones, etc. In short, Whiskey is more orange-brown, Goldmine is more gold-olive.
Note: Generally runs TTS. We recommend most people take your typical tops size, or the same size you would if you own other Dehen Shawls. Taking your TTS, you should be able to wear a base layer (tee) and a button-up shirt underneath. Please take into consideration if you have skin sensitivities to wool, as this 100% wool garment may have a similar affect on you.
