Pardon the interruption! We have a store closure from Dec 24 - Jan 3rd. Please bear with us as we continue to manage our online store during this time.

During this period, orders will generally continue to ship but may be delayed up to a couple days.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Order fulfillment may be delayed up to 2 business days (however we aim to get most orders out within 24 hours)
  • Returns and exchanges may be delayed until we verify return is received; we plan to batch process returns every 4-5 days (this applies through Feb 11th)
  • No local appointments are available (this applies through Feb 11th)
  • We will continue to respond to emails during this period, but bear with us as we may not have as prompt of a response time as usual (please allow up to 48 hours from our usual 24 hours response window)
