Iron Heart's Extra Heavy Selvedge 25oz Denim in their classic straight cut silhouette. Cut and sewn in Japan, and made for those looking for the ultimate raw denim experience, these will certainly test your resolve. From the initial fitting, your fingers will likely be sore, and you'll probably have some red marks on your body from the cardboard fabric pinching into your skin. Get past all that, and you'll be richly rewarded with a broken-in pair that will age and fade like no other.
Note: These IH-634-XHS fit a little larger than their standard 21oz denim in the same 634 cut. Please double check measurements, as it is possible you could size down for a similar fit as the 21oz denim. The XHS 25oz denim is sanforized and unwashed, but these will shrink approximately one inch in the waist and inseam. Denim will stretch about 1" in the waist after breaking in. The result after shrinkage/stretching is that it should fit similar to how it fits when you first put it on, possibly stretched out even more.
Model: 6'0'' and 175 lbs (currently closer to 165 lbs), with moderate "lifter" thighs wearing size 31 for a comfortable fit, where the waist is a little loose, but good room through the thighs. At 175 lbs, model would probably need to size up to a 32 (his typical size). Note that this IH-634-XHS size of 31 is one down from what he wears in IH-634S 21oz denim.
