Most should take one or two sizes up from your typical tops size, or take the same size as you do in Japanese brands (e.g. if you wear a M in most American brands, take a L, or possibly XL in this). Cold wash, hang dry.
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs. wearing size 3 | L (one size up from TTS, M) for a slim fit that is snug in the shoulders and upper chest. This is the same size the model wears in most Japanese brands. However, model would prefer taking size 4 | XL for still a relatively slim fit that is more comfortable fit throughout (to avoid the upper chest being too tight). Model's TTS is M in most other American brands.
